52nd General Council
October 22-24, 2008

Online Registration

Online Registration will be available starting February 1st. Every individual, including children, will need to be registered through the system. It is the responsibility of the Parish minister to ensure that everyone from their parish that is attending General Council and/or the banquet is registered (including children). Likewise, every parish minister must certify their parish statistics and representatives through this system. EVERY PARISH must be registered regardless of whether anyone from the parish is attending General Council or not.

This registration system does require a passcode that can be obtained from the Diocese of Mid-America Headquarters. You can email the Very Rev. Jason R. Grote or The Rt. Rev. Royal U. Grote, Jr. when you need this passcode or if you encounter problems and/or have questions.

When you click the link below you will be redirected to a secure site. You should receive an alert or reloaded page that says the secure certificate is invalid. Please click "OK" or "Continue to this Website"

General Council Reports

Reports for General Council will be provided online. However, only the "Program Committee" report will be available on this page. Please sign in to the registration area and visit "Event Documents" to view/download the remaining reports and the Journal. It is the responsibility of each representative to download, view and print these reports on their own.

IMPORTANT!!
Parishes should elect their representatives as early as possible in 2008. Doing so will enable these representatives to make the necessary arrangements for Passports and travel. If your parish waits too long, your representatives may enounter problems getting things done in time.

Passport Information

All Non-Canadian residents (including the USA) will need a Passport to travel to General Council. This includes all adults, children AND INFANTS

If you need to renew or apply for a new passport, you should do so at least 3 to 4 months prior to travel.

For General Council, you should make your passport application no later than the end of June to ensure your application is processed in time.
Website Problems can be directed to The Very Rev. Jason R. Grote (J2Grote@aol.com)
